Adam sinned and cursed us all
For by his sin, man did fall
In the Garden he had no need
And still God's word he didn't heed
When Eve took the fruit from Satan's hand
Adam should have stopped and took a stand
But he like us listened to Satan
Then wondered why his peace was taken
But even though man sinned and sinned
God sent His Son to die for them
But we must ask him in our hearts
And from His teachings never part
So when it comes our time to die
We wont be afraid to close our eyes
For in our death He'll take our hand
And we'll never have to part again
